It doesnt work for Internet

Before it used to work for me w/o Internet. But now it only works for Internet. I also want to listen to music in my car. Like some of us, we cant really afford data on our phone, so I want 4shared to be affordable, have nice quality, and accessible. But overall it has alot of music to choose from and it saves so many pictures. But I just want to fix that problem
